We are offering Woodblock Print Making in place of the Copper Wire Jewelry class. It will be held from 1:00 - 4:00 for children ages 10+. The cost is $25, supplies included.
Woodblock printing is a type of relief printmaking, where you create a wooden stamp to produce an ink image or print. You start with a flat surface, and then carve away any parts of the stamp you do not want to appear in the image. The remaining sections of the stamp or block are inked and create the final print.
NorVA retreat 2016 is at Denare Beach July 17 to 24 $160.00 per artist plus work with a partner to provide one lunch or dinner for the group. Register before June 30th if possible or contact Mike or Karen to save a spot.
